Meditation and yoga – one to one sessions

I offer one to one sessions teaching meditation, mindfulness, yoga asana and breath work in order to tailor the work to the requirements of each person. 

I work with all age groups and can cater for those with illnesses and disabilities that may preclude them from a general class.
