Online Practice/Support

I guide simple practices that bring participants into a better connection to themselves. The practices help us to feel more relaxed and at ease on the one hand and more alert, present and available for the work and focus of the day, on the other.

The sessions include some teaching that is relevant to our lives, our well being and that often includes addressing issues and difficulties that are commonly experienced.

I also offer this work to businesses and organisations as a support and resource for helping employees with new working conditions. This can be especially helpful for those who are working from home and who may be struggling with this transition.

Sessions are currently one hour in duration. It may be possible to provide sessions of 30 to 40 minutes in response to particular requirements.

I have been offering online meditation and teaching since lock down in March. Initially this was with people I have worked with before and who have participated in my workshops and courses over a number of years. I am now including people who have not worked with me before but are interested in making a better connection to themselves and the stillness within.

The classes are delivered via zoom. You will need to register your interest in order to be sent the link to join the class. The first class is free, as a trial session.
