One to one sessions

I work with individuals offering practice and support sessions to explore meditation, the energy system and related practices in order to address particular life situations, challenges and issues. Simple practices and a space and opportunity for reflective focus, provides a supportive ground for the work. The practices are easily replicated in one’s own time and space, and can be worked with over time to support and strengthen the self towards greater wholeness and more efficient functioning.

As well as working with people who simply want to learn meditation practices to help them in all aspects of their lives, I see people challenged by such issues as anxiety, depression, sleep related difficulties, lack of clarity and focus, various stress related issues, difficulties with unwinding, dealing with a health crisis and so on.
