7 Month Courses – 7 Saturdays or Sundays from 10am to 4 pm. over a 7 or 8 month period.

These courses run in Bristol. London, Swansea and on Dartmoor in Devon. They can also be arranged in your area if there are a minimum of 6 people to enrol on the course.

YOGA CLASSES
I offer individual one to one sessions in order to tailor the work with yoga postures to the requirements of each person. Please call me to discuss your particular needs and what I may have to offer.The sessions often include short meditation practice if this is required.
YOGA COURSE
(For Personal Development or to prepare for teacher training)
BWY Foundation course : One Sunday a month over a 10 – 12 month period
This is a course for yoga students with at least 2 years experience of attending regular classes, who would like to deepen their experience of yoga and/or prepare for teacher training. The course will be largely experiential, learning and growing through our own experience and with a strong personal development aspect. (The next course starts in Bristol September 2016).
