Meditation and Energy Medicine in Bristol, towards a quiet mind, calm, centred being, increased vitality, inner knowing and creativity
 
Meditation, mindfulness and practices with the energy centres and system are a means to making a deeper, fuller connection to ourselves, to the stillness and deep quiet that are at the very centre of our being. Our body and inner self is strengthened towards engaging with and expressing our fullest potential.
 
These are powerful and yet simple practices that enable an experience of being alert and present in the moment at the same time as experiencing a deep sense of relaxation. When these two conditions exist side by side within us at any one time we have the capacity to do all the things we want and need to do in a more relaxed and fluid manner and with less sense of stress and pressure.
 
With repetition of the practices we are able to experience time and again this deep connectedness until it becomes increasingly cemented in our body-mind memory. As a result we are more and more able to operate from a place of being at ease within ourselves.
 
Through contacting and beginning to establish these deeper connections we begin a journey of getting to know ourselves better. In the process we can come closer to accessing our qualities, capabilities and highest potential.
