Through the work we can discover that we have the capacity to open to, and live our lives in ways that are less driven by struggle and striving.
We begin to ‘know’ more a place of being at ease within ourselves and in our lives. At the same time we learn ways of moving through the challenging emotions and ‘states of being’ that present in our lives.
Through contacting and beginning to establish deeper connections we begin a journey of getting to know ourselves better. In the process we can come closer to accessing more our innate qualities, and deepest potential.
