Online Practice/support

As a response to the lock down directive in March, I began to explore online sessions with a small group of participants, all of whom have worked with me in person within the groups and courses that I have been running for many years.

These sessions developed organically and in line with our new world and individual circumstances. Participants found them helpful and nourishing and I was learning and developing a new thread to my work.

Having provided this service for more than six months I consider the work to be worthy of continued exploration and expansion and have introduced additional sessions for those who have not worked with me before.

There is also now availability to be offering this work to businesses and organisations as a support and resource for helping employees with new working conditions; and especially for those who are working from home and who may be struggling with this transition.

I guide simple practices that bring participants into a better connection to themselves. The practices help us to feel more relaxed and at ease on the one hand and more alert, present and available for the work of the day on the other.

The sessions include some teaching that is relevant to our lives, our well being and that often includes addressing issues and difficulties that are commonly experienced in the times we are living in.

The sessions are currently one hour in duration. Sessions of 30, 40 or 45 minutes will be available in due course, and in response to particular requirements.
